The French-language version of the research background and literature review on GBV in the media. Like the English version, this research background and literature review underpins Aura Freedom’s GBV in the Media project. It analyzes portrayals of GBV in media, existing guidelines, and systemic patterns in reporting. It also includes a dedicated review of media representation of violence against Indigenous women and gender-diverse people, with an emphasis on transformative journalism.
