The Wrapped in Courage Flag Raising Ceremony will mark the beginning of our recognition of Gender-Based Violence Prevention Month and the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence. The raising of the purple Wrapped in Courage flag serves as a visible symbol of support for survivors of gender-based violence and a commitment to promoting safety, justice, healing, and prevention within our community. Community members, partners, and local leaders are invited to participate in this act of awareness and solidarity.
