December 6th, 2019 Statement: National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women December 6th 2019 marks 30 years since 14 women at l'École Polytechnique de Montréal were killed because of their gender. Today OAITH will remember, reflect and take action as we observe the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.

#30YearsAndStillCounting As of 2019 we know of more than 780 Femicides over the past 30 years in Ontario. We work to ensure that we remember the lives lost, bring attention to the violence women experience, and take action to move our list to zero.
