Interim Place is a dynamic anti-violence organization providing shelter, counselling and advocacy supports for women, youth and children experiencing violence in the Region of Peel. We seek a full-time Program Supervisor for our Shelter Program to be part of a passionate and committed Leadership Team. We are looking for a creative leader with a strong background in violence against women work and with an interest in developing staff teams using innovate strategies and engaging staff to ensure service excellence. The Program Supervisor is responsible for day to day supervision and support for staff working in the shelter. The Program Supervisor works in collaboration with other Program Supervisors and with direction from the Manager of Programs and Services to ensure effective client service delivery, documentation, staff scheduling, labour relations and health and safety for the shelter.
The hours of work for this position is varied, as needed (this may include evenings), including on-call coverage.
