Hamilton has major increase in domestic violence, report says

In the 14 years Kristene Viljasoo has worked in women’s shelter services in Hamilton, she’s always known them to be at least close to capacity.  Viljasoo, director of women’s services at Good Shepherd Centres, said, in recent years, the emergency shelters have been “consistently full.”
