Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of OAITH oversees all policy and operations of the Association and is responsible for all aspects of our work.

Board Executive members are elected by OAITH members at the Annual Meeting. These positions include: Chair of the Board, Treasurer, Secretary, Chair of Membership, Co-Chairs of Member Education and Training and Co-Chairs of Social Justice and Action/Anti-racism Anti-oppression. There are also currently eight geographical OAITH Regions within the Association that may also elect a Regional Representative to the Board to reflect regional issues.

Board Directors are guided by the OAITH Constitution, Statement of Principles, the Board Terms of Reference and OAITH membership/Board policy directives. These documents are available to all OAITH members.

The Board of Directors meets every two months.
